CYBO was not designed as a product. Ulap built it to meet requirements from Army Cyber, the Army Cyber Protection Brigade, and U.S. Cyber Command, where analysts were getting conclusions from AI faster than they could defend them to a commander.
The whole family runs on one inference engine inside the mission environment, in production at IL5 today. Models deploy where the mission keeps them, down to disconnected networks and the edge, and every answer carries its evidence and a named decision. Trained against checkable answers, not imitation: in published tests the method scored 60.2 against 51.9 for conventional training.
